Problem getting the VTO2301R-P working

I want to get the VTO2301R-P working in my system. After a lot of fidling it finaly showed up in the NVR and got an ip-address(why not in the ConfigTool?). Only strange thing is that it also seems to have an altered password I did not change anything). After trying the standard passwords from the documentation, I decided to reset the password. Than the problem starts. I get the screen below and if i scan the code I only get a long url showing a very code but no mail is sent? How to get this working again? Thanks.

The VTO is a different breed than most cams. But if you factory reset it and connect it to the NVR, usually the NVR assigns it a password that is the same as logging into your NVR, so did you try that password?
