Problem Hikvision IPC DS-2CD3310D-I Chinese Firmware V5.3.0 to English

Hi Everyone,
I am new to this forum so pardon me if I am asking wrong question.

I bought Hikvision DS-2CD3310D-I IP camera with Firmware V5.3.0 from Alixpress which has chinese language.

Could anyone please help to get this camera language change to English.

I have the same problem. After spending a few weeks reading the forum, I ordered from an Aliexpress buyer who was widely recommended here. http://www.aliexpress.com/store/1111147 The ad said "Multi Language" and "English Firmware" so I took a leap of faith and ordered it. After a long wait, it arrived and everything is Chinese. (This happened before on Amazon and I shipped it back.) I had bought an 8 port switch and was going to download Blue Iris, but I don't have a clue where to start with this camera. Please refer me to newbie video or similar. There was a video here on the forum, but it was taken down. It would have been easier to hook up my first camera if it was English. Should I go to Costco and get two Swann cameras? Recommendations?
