I use a new Dahua NVR2108-I with 4 cameras (Dahua SD49225T-HN, Dahua SD1A203T-GN-W, Amcrest AD110)

And yes i use (specially) the old IE with the Dahua plug-in.
The problem is: I can see SMD KI video records (human and vehicle detection) under KI-Search, but when I try to play these records and push the little play button on the right site, an error message (No results) appears. No recording can be played. This happens with the PC and IE, but also if I use the Dahua HDMI GUI on a TV. So the PC or browser may not be the problem.
Which also amazes me a little: If I use the Serach Button on KI-Search - SMD I see only this screen above and if I go to KI-IVS, or KI face detection menu and use the Search Button a new windows opens and I can see this with the little screen to play on the right side. So there are different views for the KI search results.
Does anyone know this problem and a solution for it? How can I play back the SMD recordings? Is that a bug in the firmware?

I hadn't made a reset after the firmware update. Now, after reset to factory settings, everything is fine. I can see the recordings under KI-Suche --> SMD and the little play button opens a new window and plays the recording.
