Pulling my weight
Having paused playing an alert, when trying to step forward or back frame by frame, most of the time the video jumps forward or back by precisely 10 minutes instead. Does this happen for you too? Both the BI software and app are up to date, I’ve restarted the BI PC and reinstalled the iPad app. I’m using continuous + triggered recording, 15 fps and iframes at 1 second. CPU and GPU load is low.
