Hello
Have the monitor on the V4.0 an update today
I was not satisfied with the firmware and tried flashing back via TFTP
Unfortunately, I can not get the 3.2 to reinstall although TFTP data will be transferred. Unfortunately, the display is now off.
can someone tell me what I have to perform exactly if ch via TFTP to reinstall the firmware

ok found error with the TFTP update
run dw ==>flash web-x.cramfs.img change to run dg ==>flash gui-x.cramfs.img
web interface does not exist in the VTH

Hello,

did you try feeding the "old" firmware through VDPconfig (in the dahua toolbox)?

My VTH1550CH was on 3.2, but lacked some features which are on 4.0 (eg. correct password length when adding other IPC/NVR). Apart from the new design of the UI, which parts do you not like?
