Hello,
I have a Hikvision NVR DS-7616NI running V3.4.100 build 180723 with 4 cameras working properly. We are trying to migrate some older Sony cameras (SNC-CH260 v1.85.00) to the Hikvision NVR. Currently working on the first camera without any success. I can access the camera directly by the IP address (is on the same subnet as the rest of the working Hikvision cameras), but the NVR is not recognizing it. I am only getting an "offline(network abnormal)" error on the NVR camera management page. I have it set to use the preconfigured "SONY" protocol setting. I called support but they weren't any help because I am not an authorized reseller at this point. They did mention something about setting up an onvif profile on the camera but there is no setting for that on the camera gui.
