Hoping maybe someone with some experience with the DSC Neo panel can help me out here. A buddy bought a property with an existing DCS Neo panel with 2 partitions. He wants to be able to have Alarms/System Status/Arming/Disarming Control on his connect2Go app. I have this set up for him on several other properties using HW vista20p's and EnvisaLink 4's. I spent half a day trying to get this DSC Neo working with connect2Go using a EnvisaLink 4 & a UNO4 in universal mode and it just don't want to work on his app. The Envistalink4 shows connected in universal mode on my connect2go dashboard, so its online. he sees the added device on his app, but it only shows Armed & Away all the time with no controls working. I followed the procedure linked below, wired it up too Figure 1 and programmed the panel for option 1.
I connected out1 on the uno4 to zone6 which is a unused zone on the panel. Would I need to connect zone 6 to common with a EOL? or maybe I could just connect it zone 1 which is front door. Does zone 1 & 2 on the uno4 board need to be connected to common ?
I am at the point where I am just going to install vista 20p panels in both partitions and call it a day.
