So I'm new to the IP Cam scene.
I just purchased 4 Dahua cameras and the Blue Iris software.
I currently have one installed and have been trying to get it setup for quite some time.
I have FIOS for an ISP and the crappy modem/router that comes along with it. I also have a Netgear R7000 hooked up running in gateway mode. All router function turned off on the FIOS router.
I can see the camera on my LAN just fine but on the WAN is where I'm having the issues.
I believe the ports are forwarded correctly. I have the FIOS modem DMZ'd to the netgear.
Is there a certain way I should be setting this up with my specific configuration?
My goal is to get these cameras setup and viewable through my phones.
Thanks
