Prolux HD cameras pink colour on 8mp

Hi all, recently installed 8mp prolux hd cameras. Footage colours are mainly pink on all 6 x cameras,
It's like the purple film protector still on the lens, however when I change the image settings to 5mp showing normal clear pictures.
Dvr is prolux with Hik connect app.
Initial thoughts is the white balance offset which I can't find where to adjust the value or
Could be ir filter sticking ( faulty) but can't see how all 6 cameras having the same fault. Puzzled
 
Maybe all 6 configured to be in constant "night" mode which removes the IR filter so that during the day the natural IR from the sun causes the purple. :idk:

Thanks Tony, it's a strange one I fitted two outdoor and 4 indoor they all behaving the same.
Do you think its firmware issue in the DVR
 
Is there a white balance setting in camera's webGUI?
 
Hi,
Just updating the pink colour issue. There was No white balance setting but fiddled with colour and changed indoor to out door and vise versa to others seems client happy with it. Thanks for your input. Cheers
