Prowler walked up on my neighbor's porch Saturday night. But first he walked past his house, stopped in front of ours, and put on a hoodie of some sort. Then turned around and went straight up his walk. He spent about 10 minutes on the property before I saw this and alerted my neighbor who went and confronted him, a known local meth head.
