PT(Z) not working

Hi again..
I have this damn Enster PTZ 2mp cam. I can only get he zoom and focus to work / move, I cannot get the thing to pan or tilt? It only moves when rebooted.

can anyone help or suggest anything I can try

Try on video tab,generic,RTSP H 2.64/MJPG/MPEG4. On PTZ tab, OXML. I'm not sure but I think in the camera setup itself, I had to play with the protocol using PELCOD1.2400,. Mine works fine with these settings.
