PTZ Camera not responding to preset when another camera is activated.

I have a amcrest PTZ camera that is not responding to presets when other cameras have detected motion. The PTZ is set to turn toward which ever camera has detected motion but it has suddenly stopped. When you go to camera properties, select alert, and run a test, nothing happens. I can manually select a preset on the blue iris dash and it will respond. I can do the same in the amcrest web UI. This has been working flawlessly as late as last week. BI pushed out a update yesterday (8/31/24). Has anyone had the same problem?
 
I suspect the BI update changed the PTZ protocol.

Hit the find/inspect button on that camera and then OK and see if it fixes it.

If not then go to PTZ tab in BI and try different protocol.

And turn off auto updates! Most of us only update when BI adds a feature we want or need.

I have hit the find and inspect button several times, no help. Not sure what to change in the protocol. And auto updates are off but I did not read what the update was. How ever when the camera goes thru the actions on a test run, I can see in the top left corner of the camera changing and going to each preset and then back to the home preset like it is suppose to but the camera does not turn. I will try to uninstall and reinstall as well as re-setup the presets in the camera web ui

I had the same issue and rolled back to 5.9.5.4 (8/16/2024) and it fixed the issue, I'll wait till 5.9.6.2 (8/30/2024) matures more
