PTZ Camera with small zoom under $300?

I'm looking for a PTZ camera that has a small zoom that would be good for monitoring the back yard at night. I don't want a grey market camera. Any suggestions?

I've used one of these outdoors for a long time now. Not supposed to be an outdoor cam but it's been fine in a semi-covered location where it still gets hit with lots of blowing rain and other weather. I did put a gasket made from craft foam at the top of the mount but that was mostly because I was using an odd mount from a previous cam that just happened to work pretty well.

Hey, I noticed on your Amazon page it shows that cam being for outdoor. Might want to correct that. Mine has been OK but I knew that it wasn't really intended for that.
