PTZ Control XIANG MAI camera

Hello,

I have recently buy IP PTZ camera ([$159.79] Caméra ip np-rt500p ptz poe 5mp super hd 2592x1944 caméras dôme pan / tilt 30x zoom vitesse h.264 / h265)

I have problem with ptz control. I use CMS to control camera, i can connect to camera with media port 34667 or rtsp 554. at the beginning i can control camera with ptz button on CMS, i have programmed a tour and i lauch it using play button.

Now i can't stop automatic tour, and ptz button control does not respond. I do a reset with camera menu but still the same, camera move automatically, i upgrade firmware and stil same things.

I try with CMS, onvif device manager and ispy and no one can control camera.

Do you know how can i reset "automatic tour".

There are a number of these cameras that all look the same but have a different internal PCB and Firmware.

Try calling position '95' It may bring up an on screen display for the camera where you can set what the camera does on idle.

Another way is to set the PTZ positions as the same place to stop it.

Post a screen shot of the camera info page. What is the model number on the sticker on the camera?

You will probably have to pursue the supplier for firmware.

I have come across a few different types of this camera and many do seem to have firmware faults. I've found that sometimes the manufacturer seem to leave the part that lets the firmware update automatically in and then it updates and things stop working.

I've not found any firmware online that works and have always had to go back to the supplier. Some are helpfull others just fob you off. I've bought through ebay or amazon and been ok with getting refunds.
 
Firmware upgrade fail with your firmware. i've already try other below with same result

I don't find any firmware for XM530_80x50 on 杭州雄迈信息技术有限公司-IPC固件

but i test firmware for XM550 and upgrade ok. but ptz not working, call95, del tour, any call too.

i don't understand why reset from osd camera don't clear any position. Did you know if there is a way to do a true hard reset on camera ?

You will have to go back to the seller and get them to supply the firmware. If you paid with paypal or credit card you should have a good chance of them helping.

Hello,

i had the same problems with the presets and the tours. I could delete all the presets with calling "60" preset, once, twice, or more. But since i disabled all alarm-functions in the cam-web-interface, the cam does what i expect. I did this with IE11 on WIN7.
I found a page in the web, that says that the firmware (XM550..) you tried is the right one. I´d like to update, but you said the ptz-functionality does not work. Is that right or did you mean that you haven´t been able to solve the preset-problem?

Unfortunately i have return this product. When i try i don't succeed to delete preset with call60 and i don't touch alarm function. I have lose all ptz functionnality since i have activate preset.

mi cámara funcionaba bien, excepto el onvif, así que actualicé a esta versión: IPC_XM550_50X50-WG_WIFIXM713G_TB_AF.713g.Nat.dss_V5.00.R02.20221207_all(1) (2). Todo salió rosa, no muestra la micro SD ni mueve el PTZ. Ayuda ¿Necesito volver al firmware original o cambiar a una versión anterior? Aquí está la descripción de la cámara:

pero pruebo el firmware para XM550 y lo actualizo bien. Pero PTZ no funciona, Call95, Del Tour, cualquier llamada también.

No entiendo por qué el restablecimiento de la cámara OSD no borra ninguna posición. ¿Sabías si hay una manera de hacer un verdadero restablecimiento completo en la cámara?
