I got my old IP Camera (D-Link DCS-5222LB1) to work with the Dahua XVR5104H-4KL-XL NVR. In the SmartPSS software I can see the picture, hear the sound, but the PTZ does not work. It works in the D-Link application, or in browser via IP address, but not in the SmartPSS nor in the mobile app. Any ideas why?
