Ptz going to preset but not being called by spotter.

I have a ptz being called to a preset. HOWEVER, I’m not sure why. When the ptz senses motion, it triggers a group (only the ptz and one spotter are in the group) and goes to the preset for that spotter/group. I have no alerts setup in BI on that ptz. The ptz is the one triggering and going to the preset. It’s not being told to go to the preset by the spotter.

I sure will. It’ll be a bit as I’m at work. But the “turn ptz” to whatever is off so it can be controlled by the spotters.

What about settings in the cam's webGUI, not in BI?

I’ll definitely check. This one has the new Dahua gui. Here is a pic from BI. Cam 1 is my ptz and cam 2 is a spotter.
