PTZ preset question

For the life of me I can't remember what I need to do in order to successfully add another preset to my Dahua PTZ camera. I added it, but it's not green. What am I missing? Trying to set up a tripwire for this new preset and it's not showing up in the drop down (see below). Thanks!

Can I turn off "Target Filter" I don't need object detection.

Yeah but it will still use it lol. The actual target filter is grayed out.
