Hi! This is my first time here, so I hope to do it right 
I have a Xiong Mai camera, model: XM530_R80X20-PQ_WIFIXM711.711. I've tried several firmwares, now I'm on the latest available: V5.00.R02.00030695.10010.344506.0000000
I have the same problem with all of them: I can add PTZ presets, use them, move from one to another, add to a tour, etc. but when I reboot the camera the presets don't work. They are there, but they don't work.
I've noticed that when powering on the camera, the camera does not move from side to side and up and down, so I think that without this initialization searching the limits the PTZ will not work because it does not know where it is at this moment. But I can't find an option to enable it in the options.
Some idea of what can be wrong?
