Hello, I have one PTZ camera that is set to change presets depending on inside/outside geofence. The camera will change on exit to preset 2 but then immediately change back to preset one, then immediately go back to preset two which is were it is suppose to be. Camera works fine when entering geofence. If you manually change the profile to away on the BI console it will hold preset two. The problem only occurs on profile change from the mobile device tab and when you actually got outside the geofence. I have seen a search back box somewhere in the programming but I cant find it now and I think that may be where the problem lies. Any Ideas? Thanks

Make sure in the schedule global and within the camera that you haven't added a rule about going to a certain preset and they are now conflicting one another. That is what it sounds like.
