Anyone familiar with a system like this show in video bellow also with a support camera that works along side ptz without setting any preset etc.

Heck, compared to what I see around here, those cars are parked just fine. The technology is amazing, but very threatening.
I just need a camera capable to have this system. I am not interested in privacy part of it. The one in the video is pretty old. I am willing to spend few grants on it.
