Push Notification Issue

I'm using Android IVMS-4500HD and have push notification enabled and working(somewhat). I setup a motion detection by the front door to "notify surveillance center" which does send the push notification to my phone. The issue is, When I click on remote playback I get "no record" and the remote playback start time/date is from days ago. The time/date on the NVR and cameras are all correct. Anyone have any ideas?

Although you have gotten an alert, the NVR is still writing to the Hard drive and is not available yet for viewing. Wait a minute before playing back.

I just gave it a try and I still get the same error.. I also noticed that the from: is 2015-11-29 09:36 to: 2015-12-02 09:36. I got the notification at 9:34.. It seems there might be an issue with the app itself?

I had an other issue not related to this where deleting the app and installing it solved it, give that a try. It is buggy indeed.

Thanks for the help.. Still no go. I emailed them through Google play and they got back to me.. Said they'll look into it..

I also had a similair issue. The push thing seems not to work so properly yet

I switched over to IVMS-4500 and the push notifications work as long as the app is open. If I close the app notifications do not come through. I've been emailing Hikvision about the issue and their looking into both IVMS-4500 and the HD version.
