I am trying to get Push Notification working on DMSS mobile without enabling P2P on NVR, though now I receive the push notification after enabling tcp/8888 outbound on Firewall but unable to view the video clipping which trigger the notification, any idea on which port does Video clips are pushed through ?

37777 TCP and 37778 UDP, but you then need to add the NVR with the public IP address in the app which is not recommended. This will expose your entire device to the internet.
A better idea would be to create a simple OpenVPN server on your router (a lot of routers have this functionality build in). You'll still receive the push notifications only to view them you'll have to connect to the VPN, usually one or two clicks on your phone.
