Question: Replace my current camera?

Hi,
I have this current camera DS-2CD2342WD-I 2.8mm in the entrance door,
As the EasyIP 3.0 version came out, I thought to replace this camera with DS-2CD2335FWD-I (Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co. Ltd.),
As the new camera should be better with the dark, and it's also have face detection option.
I very satisfied with current camera, but still think to replace it,
What you think guys?

I've only seen the 8mp and 5mp variants for sale and that's only from one seller on the grey market.

I already found where to buy this camera,
From the supplier that I bought all my hikvision products (2 cameras, NVR),
She is from aliexpress, all the products that I ordered from here comes with hikvision boxes, and upgradable.
The price for the 3MP camera is 120USD include DHL to my country (Israel),
But there is waiting time, 20 days.

This seems to be available on the site now (Aliexpress.com - Online Shopping for Electronics, Fashion, Home & Garden, Toys & Sports, Automobiles and more), but the specs are saying the following:

Minimum Illumination(Lux): 0.07Lux @ (F1.2, AGC ON) ,0 Lux with IR

Where the HIKVision link shows:

Min. Illumination: | Color: 0.005 lux @(F1.2, AGC ON), 0 lux with IR

That's a big difference if it's right.

I think that this is type mistake,
in the Hikvision Specs is 0.005.

Nice, went ahead and purchased one. Fiona said they needed 20 days to get the unit in stock, but failed to mention a price on the first message. $120 shipped seems like a fair price though.

I'll be interested to see how it compares to your 2342 at night. I've got the same camera and want something with better night performance, but I also don't want to sacrifice the daytime vision quality too much. I posted a question on the new 2MP version, but the 3MP has the same night rating of 0.005 lux for colour.

Just had a message that HIKVision are not building these with an 8mm lens and could I do with a 4mm one.. Ummm Nope..
Slightly unhappy as I'm sure that HV will be building these with an 8mm lens, it's still part of the specs off their site.

Shame really as I was looking forward to trying these out.
