Quick BI Activation Question..

This is probably covered in a FAQ somewhere..
I'm still new, trying to digest all this vast amount new information..

but I've held off on putting the activation key on.. (so running in the 15 day evaluation mode right now)

If I put the activation key on this PC..
and then ultimately upgrade the PC and decrement this one..

Can I move the activation key to the new PC? (or do I need to purchase another?)
I'd envision that I can move it.. but wanted to check to be sure..

You can move it to another PC, but it can only be active on 1 PC at a time

Make a note of the key. When you're ready to migrate to a née machine deactivate BI on the old one. The key can then be used to activate the new installation . You may want to export the reg files from the old machine so you can import them into the new install and save having to reconfigure everything.

Thank you for your note and information... good advise on grabbing the config out of the old setup too..
