Random Push failed errors

Hey everyone,

I've been dealing with random push failure errors and phantom status icon issues for quite some time. I've tried numerous fixes, but nothing has resolved the problem. I haven't uninstalled and reinstalled BI yet, but that might be my next step.

This issue seems to have started only in the past couple of months. I'm currently running BI 5.9.2.25 and CPAI 2.9.5.0, and it doesn’t appear to be limited to a specific camera.
Anyone else having this issue and/or have any suggestions for a fix?

I've been seeing this too. 14 times in the past 3ish weeks (screenshot). 20 times if I go back 12ish weeks. Multiple iOS devices.

No suggestions. I've been updating to the latest versions as they are pushed.

This is the first time I've seen Ken offer an updated Apple Push root certificate for BI as a standalone download: Blue Iris Software | New Apple Push root certificate required
If you are relying on Apple Push Notifications, they are making a change that will require a new “root” certificate to be installed onto your PC. This change will occur on February 24, 2025. Please install before that time. Here is a link:
