I have a site running 7x 9532(ST) NVR's with firmware versions 3.1.5 and 3.1.7. When we add the new 2355 5MP turrets or even the 4mp 2342 turret the max resolution we can set is CIF.
Our supplier is not supplying the NVR anymore and I think not trading so we can't find a newer firmware to install. NVR's were only installed 2 years ago so the customer has invested a lot and doesn't believe an upgrade should be required in just 2 years.
Anybody know how I can get a newer version firmware or other options?
