I'm searching for a camera to see if in an industrial area (100 x 100 m) is nighttime action or not. Detecting specific faces might be unrealistic from that height and is not required. Anyone who moves around is an intruder.
The area itself is not lit, but there is some low indirect lighting from surrounding areas.
My idea is to mount 2 (or maybe only 1 if I manage to mount it above (and not on the sides) the chimey) cameras with 180/360° rotation and zoom capability, with as much zoom as the price level allows.
The chimneys height is about 15m. Price should be lower than $500, if possible.
FTP upload and smartphone app is required.
What's the pros recommendation?
