Recommendations for IP cameras with the following characteristics: video H.264, audio AAC, supports multiple substreams, mini dome turret models

Good morning, I am writing to ask for advice: I need to create an NVR with Frigate and Raspberry Pi 5 with 4GB of RAM, and on the official project website Recommended hardware | Frigate it is recommended that the IP cameras have the following characteristics:
Video compression H.264, audio compression AAC, and support for multiple substreams to allow different resolutions to be used for detection, streaming, and recordings without re-encoding.

The following brands are suggested:
Dahua, Hikvision, and the following models are indicated:
Loryta (Dahua) IPC-T549M-ALED-S3
Loryta (Dahua) IPC-T54IR-AS

But isn't Loryta a brand of Dahua? Anyway, Amazon doesn't have these models available. I found this mini dome turret from Hikvision: DS-2CD1343G2-I(UF), but it has AAC-LC audio compression.

Can you recommend a Dahua or Hikvision IP camera model with the specified characteristics for under €100? Thank you, have a good Sunday.
