I have 3 Hikvision dome cameras and use Hikvision software ivms-4200 to view and record. If I am viewing an incident on the remote playback feature and want to save the video file it says the hard disk is full. Is there a way of telling the software to save files that I want to a separate partition? If so do I need to format that partition with the Hikvision software? Because I tried that and it just added the storage to the original storage.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
