I have two different systems and after some recent updates my playback recordings are min or so off. Alerts and images are fine but when played back its delayed way after the alert image.
So I use AI after it sees a vehicle leaving my gate. Alert list on the left shows a still image with the vehicle waiting at the gate and an earlier time. When I click on it to play the video I get a later time and the vehicle is gone and gate is closed. So its like almost 1 min later.
I haven't changed any settings but I have updated AI and BI a few times while this issue exits.
I have this same problem on both system. What am I doing wrong or missing?
