Good morning everybody! I recently deactivated my license on one blue Iris machine and reactivated it on another. However, now I’m receiving this error:

Any idea how to get rid of it?

What device and application is that screen capture from? It does not look like Windows or the BI desktop!
 
It looks like the BI app.

Looks like maybe you don't have a backup file and it is simply giving you a warning letting you know that?

Go into BI console and export out a backup and see if that removes it.
