Reinstalling Windows

Hi There,

I need to re install Windows on my Blue Iris machine. I have backed up everything, do I still need to deactivate the license on the current install before I wipe the HDD and re install windows & Blue Iris?

As mentioned by @bob2701 , yes. I would also "export settings" ("Options", "About") . Look at the 3 dots to browse and find where it places the backup.reg file (I think default is "program files\Blue Iris 4") and copy it to a flash drive if necessary for a drive reformat.
