Hi all,

Please assist.

I have two BI installs at two locations and both are exhibiting same behavior.

I use my remote login, I get the 'login' page, I input credentials. While monitoring the actual server as I do so, the status page indicates a successful login. So it seems all the IP and forwarding configs are correct since I can log in and it registers on the server.

However at that point I get no feed from the server.

This is exactly the same behavior on multiple browsers and both installations. Both locations recently suffered power failures and had to be restarted but that is the only thing that I can figure, potentially the servers updated on reboot?

I can't get a feed even inside the LAN on another computer in same LAN. Everything works, the server even acknowledges the login in on status page, but no feed.

Same over cellular.

I've run out of ideas. All the configs are correct, but no feed.

Don't forward ports in a router. That's asking to be hacked.
Read the Vpn for Noobs thread here.
If you can't get a feed on the local lan, you don't have something setup correctly.
Did you open ports in Windows Firewall that BI requires?
Also look for the Instructional videos for BI here.
The BI help file is....helpful. ;)
