Remote login password issues

When I try and login to my blue iris remotely from my iPhone it tells me j have the wrong username and password. I’ve checked the username and the password I have and it is correct. I’ve deleted the users and re created them with the same issue. I’ve tried adding a new user but to no avail. Any ideas what could be causing the issue. I’ve also closed and open bi, and rebooted the computer and updated the program to the latest version.
