I INSTALLED A NEW DIO 2 CAMERA AND IT RUNS GREAT FOR A FOR ABOUT 15 SOUNDS AND THEN IT FREEZES ANY BODY HAVE ANY SIMILIAR EXPERIERNCES

You didn't offer much information to go on, but Reolink ln general is a poor choice of manufacturers.
