Looking to get confirmation one way or the other on using the Reolink POE doorbell with an Amcrest NVR or even the SmartPSS Windows applicaiton or the DMSS phone application. I confirmed the ONVIF / RTSP is working for the doorbell, the IP Address is correct, the SmartPSS / DMSS app just refuse to see the camera. Thought this was the whole point of ONVIF compatible equipment...

In the NVR insure ONVIF is enabled and that the username/password of the doorbell is duplicated verbatim in the NVR and/or NVR's ONVIF account.

Does this also work for the Dahua SmartPSS windows app or the DMSS mobile app? I don't see a way to enable ONVIF on those programs, although my Amcrest cameras have no problem connecting via ONVIF

No, that's a camera-to-NVR configuration relationship. If the camera is seen by the NVR then both the SmartPSS Windows application and the DMSS phone app should work.

Have you tried the most recent "Lite" version ? Older versions were pulled due to security issues.

Also insure P2P is enabled in the NVR=>

Thanks, that might be part of my problem is I don't currently have an NVR, I was using the smartPSS / DMSS apps and SD cards for Amcrest cameras, hoping to do the same with the Reolink doorbell, but it looks like I'll need to go out and get some sort of NVR. Not sure if I should get a Reolink NVR so the doorbell works, an Amcrest NVR which is what most of my cameras are and hope the Reolink Doorbell works, or some other brand and roll the dice on both....
