Replacement fan for the Dahua NVR

I have a Dahua NVR its fan started to be a bit more noisy than when it was new.
This is the fan:

I took a part other device which is new and I don't need it (satellite video transceiver) and it has similar spec fan:


The only difference I see is the Dahua have 2 cables and this has 3.
Should I try to swap them to see if the new one is quiet?

I don't know about the specs on the fan, but I had one quit and just ran it without with the cover off on a shelf in the pantry for about 4-5 years

I have a Dahua NVR but I'm sure this would work with anything.

Noctua 5v fan (runs at about 15db at 100%)
