I have one HikVision 7616NI-E2 and one 7616NI-SP which are recording fine, but the Main View (live) is hit or miss from the IVMS-4200 client. From the user's perspective, the system is not reliable. The IOS app works fine, but they need to use the Windows Client for their work. I'm using mostly HikVision DS-2CD2732F-IS cameras and I want to replace the NVR with a different brand. Any suggestions?
FYI, I did get with HikVision support which we did get one of the clients working, but not all the time. Remote users are even worse. All Windows 7 or 10.
