Guys,
New member here and have recently delved head first into ip cams. Currently using a Hik 7600 NVR, v3.4.2 and 4 2032 cams and love it.
Wanted to share I recently scored a new US market 2032 cam, but the glass was damaged, so I got it cheap. I called Hikvision US and got no where, even called vendors they recommended and no dice. I emailed Hikvision US and surprisingly, got a reply. I told them I needed just the front glass and they provided a part number and a order form. Long story short, I paid and 1 week later got a large box with not only the replacement glass, but a new metal housing as well for $8 plus shipping.
Way to go Hikky! If anyone wants the name and email contact and part number, I will pass it along.
