resetting DS-7204HQHI-F1/N DVR Password problem

hi i have DS-7204HQHI-F1/N DVR and traying to reset the password
i got this msg and other msgs from passwords reset helper tool
, Failed to reset Password:device denied
i did the pc ip at the range as the dvr info shown in sadp tool but nothing help

firmware 3.4.4
build 160614
i contacted hikvision support via email , they said its not belong to there support list , its imported from outside the country !
so please any help ? any advise ?

привет у меня есть видеорегистратор DS-7204HQHI-F1/N и лоток для сброса пароля
я получил это сообщение и другие сообщения от вспомогательного инструмента для сброса паролей
, Не удалось сбросить пароль : устройство отклонено
я сделал IP-адрес ПК в диапазоне, как информация о видеорегистраторе, показанная в инструменте sadp, но ничего не помогло

прошивка 3.4.4
сборка 160614
я связался со службой поддержки hikvision по электронной почте, они сказали, что он не входит в список поддержки, он импортирован из-за пределов страны!
пожалуйста, помогите? любой совет?
