Hi guys, I'm new to the security system space and I would to get some help on a strange anomaly with the motion detection.
I have DHI-NVR4108HS-8P-4KS2 with a couple of DH-IPC-HDW2531TP-ZS-S2 and a HDBW2431E-S-S2.
I have setup the MD and the anomaly only occurs during MD. The MD triggers and the buzzer chimes to indicate an event, this is the strange part, the trigger passes from field of view but the MD/buzzer keeps on chiming as if it is still within proximity. The buzzer chimes about 4 times over a 40 sec period. This would be ok if it only did that, but, the result is that I get a gap 30 sec of non recording. Have I configured something incorrectly or could this be a hardware or software issue?
I have attached a image of the MD timeline events and gaps. A good portion of the yellow doesn't actually show anything, its just skips and moves to the normal recording. TIA
