Hi, I just set up an EmpireTech SD49225XA-HNR. At first look, it's pretty nice. But I'm having a problem with auto tracking:
Once I set up it using an intrusion zone, auto track on alarm, it works as it's supposed to. But then if I use the manual PTZ controls, the IVS indicators on the 'live view' go away, and the auto track no longer seems to function. The only way to restore it is to go back into settings on the web interface; and as soon as I go into settings, the camera immediately goes back to the preset position, and IVS starts again. I don't actually have to make any changes for it to do this.
Is there some way to quickly get the camera to go back into IVS mode, without having to go into the settings? That's obviously a bit inconvenient.
