RMA requested, no email response

Hi Andy,
I purchased a bullet camera on 12/17, then asked to change it to a turret camera on 12/18. You said it had already shipped so I just purchased the turret camera on that day.
I've sent several emails asking where to ship the original camera back and for an RMA but haven't received a response. I just sent another one.
Please advise.

Many people have had issues with email where his or yours goes into spam. Better to simply DM him here.

It was sent to Sales02@empiretech01.com

We communicated back and forth through that email on the topic, so I don't think it's an issue with emails going to junk mail.

I love the turret cam and plan on replacing my cheaper cameras over time with them. The low light vision is pretty incredible.
