I have my cellular antenna cable (LMR 600) in a one-inch buried conduit and I'm wondering if there's any reason to not run unshielded CAT6 PoE camera cable in the same conduit?

Also, are there any issues with running CAT6 cable in the same conduit with the wires for door switches/sensors?

Conduits will almost*always* end up filled with water. Condensation, leaks, open ends some place, doesn't matter. I don't think code requires waterproof cables in conduit, but in over 30 years of designing industrial installations, we only used wet rated cabling below ground. And when we had to pull cables out, they always came out showing signs of either being wet or that they had been wet.
