rtsp stream channel 0 of NVR

Does anyone know how to stream channel 0 of a Dahua NVR via RTSP? I can stream cameras 1-9 on VLC media player but not channel-0 which is the NVR's built-in multi-view channel. I know this channel is enabled because it works in the iOS iDMSS app.
