SAFIRE NVR no stream access

SAFIRE SF-HTVR8216A-HEVC + 10 ANALOG cameras 5Mpx
LTE connection (countryside area not served by cabled providers, public ip released by service provider to allow remote access) via a Tp-Link ArcherMR200 router/modem
LTE Router ip x.x.x.1
NVR withstatic ip x.x.x.104

Stream encryption disable

This said I'm able to remotely access both via seller Cloud service and straight via IP.
I can watch video streams using both Android and Windows Safire Control Center; on windows using IE web browser the web access is fully working and I can watch video streams too. On Mac OSX the iVMS-4200 is working fine (both via Cloud and via IP), while the browser access on the mac is ok only for configuration since the video-plugin seems not to be recognized any more (but I don't care).

Now, I'm interested in accessing and watching the straight video streams using VLC, for example, or with a third party security app. (for example a continuos play of the ZERO-channel).

Looking here and there I've found these suggestions:

rtsp:/admin:miapassword@destinazione.ddns.net:56187/Streaming/Channels/101/
(main stream H265)

(sub stream H264)

Tried both with and without the / at the end of the path. Setting the sub stream to H264 sul but nothing.

Maybe I'm missing some step.

Some updates:
if in VLC I use the URL without usernameassword I'm prompted to insert them and the stream plays!
so:

rtsp:/ /destinazione.ddns.net:56187/Streaming/Channels/102/

(sub stream H264)

seems ok.
But I still need to make it work with third party app and and I'm not having luck for Zero channell playback yet.
