This kind of crap will continue until the spouse, child or relative of someone important gets killed by one of these idiot assholes. The best outcome if they continue until such an accident would be if they died and the innocent driver, pedestrian or bystander would suffer minor, if any, injuries.
If it were a spouse, child, or relative of mine that got killed or seriouly injured by such antics, they better hope they get arrested before I find out who and where they are.

I just read tonight where this guy was arrested for a 2022 non-traffic offense.

If the guy is so hell bent on achieving a Darwin award, I say let him do it solo. World doesn't need scum like him.
Absolutely and the sooner the better.....just as long as he doesn't kill or seriously injure some innocent bystander in the process.

That sounds extreme, but if he's not stopped he's gonna hurt someone eventually... If he passed me like that I'd probably have a heart attack.
