I have three of the units. Work perfectly as a remote viewer and recording to phone.
Was recording to the MicroSD on motion detection. Was able to playback on the phone.
I installed the device viewer on the PC and now nothing records to the card that can be played back on the phone.
The phone app show shows the card capacity is reducing but there are no videos on the list. Pull the card to view on a card reader.
Problem continues with the device viewer signed out.
My alarm alerts never were listed. ( but obviously occurred to use the motion detection)
I can still manually record to the phone.
A manual with all the phone options would be helpful
