SD22404T Camera's PTZ not working with BI

Hi,

I have a SD22404T camera and i can control it fine from my NVR but not BI. I did the find/inspect which works but I can't get PTZ control to work. I tried checking the ports to match under the PTZ tab for the the camera, which they do. The port is 80 for HTTP. I tried Dahua and ONVIF for the PTZ profiles. Any suggestions? Also tried using port 554 for the Dahua RTSP control.

On one of my cameras I had to change the Video settings from RTSP to one of the Dahua settings or vise versa to get the PTZ functions to work.
