sentry server error 12002??? anyone else getting this?

Hi guys...been using the Sentry service for quite awhile...works pretty well for me...but just noticed this error in the BI Status: "Sentry:Server error 12002"....does anyone know what's going on?

I’ve sent messages to their support. No response. This doesn’t seem reassuring... I just renewed with them. A chargeback is always a possible tool

I just signed up this month and ran into this issue today. I'm also pretty new to Blue Iris. Any luck figuring this out?

Per Ken, this “12002” error indicates a timeout attempting to communicate with their server.
